As the title says, songs of life and death, love, lovers and friends. After the passing of my brother Frode Nilsen and then my dear friend Doug Pettigrew it took a while to put some tunes together to commemorate them. Love never takes a holiday so in here are some tunes of sorrow and joy which is what love is. This is maybe my most 'commercial' record so far, what ever that means. Perhaps to me it means a little more straight forward chord progressions and straight forward sounds. All good. Peace and Love always.
